Opening times
Exhibition opening times: Daily from 10 am to 8 pm.
For this exhibition opening times have been extended to include every Tuesday (the day the museum is usually closed), from 10 am to 8 pm with reduced admission. (The rest of the museum will be closed.)
Admission
Admission to the museum costs €9 (except for the concessionary rates) and includes the collection and the museum's exhibitions.
Every day from 6 pm to 8 pm visitors may visit the permanent collection free of charge and pay the reduced rate (€7) for the temporary exhibition.

The exhibition contents published under the museum's profiles on Facebook and Twitter (@museobilbao and @museo_bilbao) will be grouped under the hashtag #ColecciónAliciaKoplowitz.
Audio guide
An audio guide has been produced as an educational resource to enhance visitors' understanding and enjoyment of the exhibition. Aimed at the general public, it covers 19 of the works on display and guides visitors through the whole collection. The commentary lasts approximately 40 minutes and is available at the ticket office in Basque, Spanish, English and French (€3).
Leaflet
Free of charge and reusable (unless visitors wish to keep it), this contains a brief description of the main points of interest in all the works in the exhibition. Available in Basque, Spanish, English and French.
Individual guided tours
Sundays, 12 noon. Free, sponsored by El Corte Inglés.
Registration at the museum ticket office on purchase of the admission ticket. Bookings are not permitted.
Languages: Spanish and Basque (last Sunday of the month).
Saturdays, 6 pm. €4 (does not included admission to the museum).

Educational material
The Education and Cultural Action Department has prepared reference material on the exhibition which is available to teachers, group leaders and anyone else interested in using the material to prepare a visit to the museum.

Educational programme
At the beginning of the new school year in September, the Education and Cultural Action Department will launch a programme of guided tours in Spanish, Basque and English aimed at secondary (ages 14 to 16) and upper-secondary (ages 16 to 18) pupils, adults on training programmes and groups with special needs.
Catalogue
The exhibition catalogue includes an essay entitled “La senda del arte” [“The Road of Art”] in which the historian and art critic Francisco Calvo Serraller discusses the highlights of the collection, setting them in the context of the different historical periods and art movements to which they belong. Almudena Ros, the curator of the collection and of this exhibition, has also written an essay on the guiding principles that underpinned the origin of the collection and have shaped its development. The catalogue includes reproductions of all the works on display and an appendix with the technical descriptions of the works. Available in the museum shop and in a designated space at the end of the exhibition, the catalogue costs €39.
